Hi, I'm Hailey, and I consider myself an ADHD specialist, especially for girls and women who don't fit the stereotypical picture.

I have ADHD myself, so I understand firsthand what it's like when your brain works differently. I know the frustration of forgetting things you care about, the overwhelm that others don't see, and the exhaustion of constantly trying strategies that weren't designed for how your brain actually works.

Growing up as a girl with ADHD, I learned to mask early. For many of us, ADHD doesn't look like chaos. It looks like being rigidly on time because we're terrified of being late, following systems obsessively because any deviation feels catastrophic, or being a perfectionist because we can't let anyone see us struggle. We become experts at hiding our differences, and the effort is exhausting. I experienced how often girls with ADHD are missed, misunderstood, or dismissed as "too sensitive" or "dramatic", all while working twice as hard as everyone else just to appear "normal." That's exactly why I'm so passionate about this work.

My approach is straightforward: we'll figure out how ADHD is showing up in your life (even the hidden ways), understand why typical advice hasn't worked, and build personalized strategies that actually fit your brain. Whether I'm working with your daughter, you as an adult woman, or you and your partner as a couple, you'll get practical tools, genuine understanding, and support from someone who truly gets it - because I've been there too.
